Fashion is constantly changing, and what has been at its peak lately becomes an anti-trend. A famous Fashion Blogger Annie Estrin will tell you what items are better to leave until better times, remember that forgotten trends often return, it is not necessary to discard them. Sometimes the trend comes back after one or two seasons.

           

Denim Ripped Jeans and Shorts 

Denim always remains in fashion, but its shape and cut are changing. Today, you need to forget about ripped jeans and shorts with various applications and embroidery. This is a big anti-trend. By choosing a pair with scuffed or rough edges, you can create a modern look. Also, swap out your shorts for Bermuda shorts and you'll be trendy this spring and summer.

Ugly sneakers and wedges

Say no to high-heeled sneakers and rough, ugly athletic shoes. Choose neat sneakers, maybe with an interesting print or high soles preferably of a clean white color. The 80s/90s style sneakers and the sock ankle boots that returned thanks to Balmain look more fashionable now. 

Pearl hairpins 

This trend came to us in 2019 and stayed for about a year. Almost every fashion blogger wore them as a part of their look. Today it's time to give them to your niece or leave them in your jewelry box for better times.

Massive hairbands 

Another hair accessory that is out of style. It has been popular since 2015 and has stayed in trend for quite a while. We wore hairbands with pearls, spikes, various stones; they were velvet, leather, bright, and matching to our outfits. This statement piece is better to replace with a much better alternative in a form of kerchiefs and scarves, which become the most trendy accessories of the season.

Slim-fit blazers  

Slim-fit blazers are gradually going out of fashion. They are still a part of an office look, however, it is better to replace them with loose silhouette oversize. You may even borrow one from your boyfriend's or husband's closet. 

Short bell skirt

It is better to put away such a style for a couple of years. It is difficult to find the right shoes for this, and it looks good only on young girls as a part of the school uniform. If you want to wear a bell-shaped skirt, try midi or maxi with an asymmetrical cut.
